Greek word “Hypnosis” means- Sleep. Humans are the most trainable spices and we train our minds for everything that we see or listen or just experience.
It may come as a surprise to many that Clinical Hypnotherapy is as scientific as clinical surgery. Hypnosis is considered an altered state of consciousness, between sleep and waking. It can create a psychological state of high susceptibility to suggestions leading to therapeutic intervention in many disorders and procedures. Clinical Hypnotherapy has been used in dental procedures and birthing for over nearly 50 years now.
Hypnotherapy is the science of triggering the subconscious mind to generate insight into the feelings and actions experienced by the conscious mind. It focuses on understanding the psychopathology of an individuals through their symptoms and personality. As a practitioner of Clinical Hypnotherapy, I open the mind of the individual to the possible causes of their behavior, suggesting new ways to facilitate a positive shift in thought and response mechanism.
This therapy can be extremely successful in overcoming –

The Clinical Hypnotherapy is really effective in children by increasing their ability to produce desirable changes in habit patterns, motivations and self-image. Television advertisement are already using this state of mind for selling their products and increasing their viewership. Similarly we the Therapists / or the Teachers / or the Parents can use this Power of Mind of the child or an adult, to bring about the desirable changes in their behavior patterns or inculcate the desirable habits.
I have recently organized International Psychotherapy Workshop on Unique Therapeutic Interventions for “Peak Performance and Trauma Management” at India Habitat Center conducted by Ulf Sandstrom based in Sweden, International stress and trauma consultant, mental trainer, brief intervention therapist, hypnotherapist, Trauma Tapping Trainer, Hypnobirthing trainer, Havening Techniques trainer, NLP-practitioner and motivational speaker.
