Sound and Resonance healing has shown itself to be beneficial for a wide range of symptoms. . PTSD , anxiety , depression , pain , digestive disorders , vertigo , migraines , emotional discord , to tinnitus , the phenomena of a constant ringing  or soaring in the ears .and more.

It is gentle, non invasive, simple and efficient, and can be learnt with relative ease. Its basic premise is that assists the body and mind to relax out of habitual patterns of tension, imbalance, and stress response, and in doing so facilitates self-healing.

Sound can reset the rhythms of the body. People who are healthy report more energy, greater clarity, a greater sense of equanimity, more inner peace, and the like.

Many extraordinary and powerful shifts in people have been witnessed from sound healing. . diminishment or eradication of pain, anxiety, digestive distress, vertigo, restless-leg syndrome, panic attacks, and various forms of” stuckness “. Headaches , migraines,  TMJ , back tensions ,knee issues , and herpes outbreaks , menstrual disorders ,depression , insomnia , fibro-myalgia, arthritics,    have all been lessened or dissipated totally through sound balancing .

Every part of the human body including the brain has its own rhythm. Human body is like a symphony. The tuning forks, by offering a coherent frequency by which the body can attune itself, offer a very simple and non invasive way to get back “in tune “.

Massive anxiety disorders have resolved in just one session, or a pain a person had experienced for thirty years was gone in the morning after the first session.  People have reported to feel very relaxed after the tone has been applied to the body. Toning allows blood, lymph, and electricity to flow with greater efficiency through the area, speeding the body’s process of healing and balancing itself.

Music has been used clinically in the U S since World War 2, when it was used to treat veterans suffering from PTSD. Music therapy has been proved to be particularly effective with some of the more challenged members of the population, especially those with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia .autistic spectral disorders, stroke victims, and even prisoners. Autistic are able to be more expressive and engaging when involved with musical activities.

Music therapy that works more effectively utilizes the principals of resonance and entrainment. Entrainment music therapy is described as “any stimuli that matches or models the current mood state of the individual and the moves the person in the direction of a more positive and pleasant mood state”
